FACILITIES

The Faculty of Medicine, UNISSULA, also provides various supporting facilities in the campus environment and can be accessed by the entire academic community.

 

 

Lecture Buildings

 

 

Lecture activities at FK UNISSULA are carried out in Building A (Al Kindi Building), Building B (Ar-Razi Building), and Building C (Ibnu Rusyd Building). These buildings are equipped with very adequate facilities. Each lecture hall is equipped with air-conditioned room facilities, good audio-visual facilities, and internet connections. In addition, the lecture building environment is also equipped with hotspots and spacious parking facilities.

 

 

 

Small Group Discussion Rooms (SGD)

 

 

SGD rooms are used for small group discussions such as tutorials and medical practicum. They have facilities including 1 LCD projector, 1 large discussion table, 10-12 chairs for students, and 1 chair with writing mats for a tutor.

Library

 

The library is located in Building A (Al Kindi Building), Second Floor. It opens during working hours, Monday-Friday 08.00-16.00. The library has various information resources in printed and digital formats. The availability of digital information resources in databases and online journals makes it easier for the academic community to access literature needs at any time.

The library intended to support learning is equipped with adequate learning facilities, such as reading rooms, computer rooms, WIFI networks, scanning and photocopying services, user guidance services, etc. In searching for library collection information quickly, users can take advantage of the online catalog or OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) in the Library or can also be accessed online through the address https://perpus.fkunissula.ac.id/

Auditorium

 

UNISSULA has an auditorium with a capacity of more than 10,000 participants. The auditorium is located next to the UNISSULA Sports Center Building. The auditorium is used for civitas academica to have open meetings, especially for plenary meetings of both lecturers and educators. Besides, the auditorium is also used for scientific activities such as seminars, educational workshops, general colleges, Tabligh Akbar, and similar activities.

Laboratories, Faculty of Medicine, UNISSULA

 

 

The Laboratories, Faculty of Medicine, UNISSULA, is a laboratory unit used for practicum for students and researchers who want to use the tools provided in the laboratories. The 7th-floor Integrated Laboratories of the Faculty of Medicine has several facilities that can be used by students and researchers in the fields of anatomy, histology, microbiology, and other medical fields.

CBT Laboratory

 

The CBT Laboratory, Faculty of Medicine, UNISSULA, has 285 computer units facilitated by the Internet networks, UPS, and computer specifications in accordance with the national standards for the Competence Test for Students of Profession Programme of Medical Doctors, Profession of Midwife, and Profession of Pharmacists. The internal activities using CBT Center:

1. CBT examination entrance test of new candidate students of medicine

2. Mid-term examination, Final examination, and remedial examination of Study Programme of Bachelor of Medicine

3. All parts examination for the Profession Programme of Medical Doctors

4. TBL examination for students of the Profession Programme of Medical Doctors and Profession of Pharmacists.

Objective Structure Clinical Examination (OSCE) Rooms

 

 

The Objective Structure Clinical Examination (OSCE) rooms are a place for medical skills training and medical skills examination. The OSCE rooms consist of two locations: OSCE A and OSCE B. Each location has 12 test stations and a laptop for assessment. In addition to the medical skills examination for undergraduate students, the OSCE Rooms are also used for the medical skill examination for the Profession Programme of Medical Doctors as the final examination of graduation (UKMPPD) for becoming a doctor.

Primary Educational Hospital (RSPU)

 

The Faculty of Medicine, UNISSULA, has a Primary Educational Hospital or Teaching Hospital accredited as Paripurna (Best) and Shariah Hospital. The Faculty of Medicine, UNISSULA, has a networking and access point installed throughout the faculty, the primary educational hospital, and 12 networked hospitals. The Internet network is used by teachers and students for teaching and learning activities on campus, in the Primary Educational Hospital, and the Networked Hospitals.
